Biography

Aaron is an experienced litigator representing Plaintiffs in discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower claims, as well as other employment and small business-related disputes.

Prior experience:

  • Counsel of record for Dr. Dennis Burke in his healthcare whistleblower retaliation and False Claims Act retaliation claims against Massachusetts General Hospital, which resulted in a public $13 million settlement and an offer by MGH to restore Dr. Burke's medical staff privileges;
  • Represented the first woman detective in police department on claims including sexual harassment and retaliation, resulting in a multi-million dollar jury verdict;
  • Represented marketing director for virtual reality startup in claim for commission following sale of company to multinational beauty company, resulting in large settlement;
  • Represented physician-scientist at leading teaching hospital in claims for sex discrimination and retaliation, resulting in large settlement;
  • Represented physician in private practice in claims against hospital relating to termination of medical staff privileges, resulting in large settlement.
  • Represented front desk employee of golf course in sexual harassment claims against owner, resulting in large settlement.

Before joining KLF, Aaron practiced law at Burns & Levinson LLP in Boston from 2017 to 2021, working for two of the city's top plaintiff's employment lawyers. While he has primarily represented Plaintiffs since 2017, Aaron previously worked for two of the largest law firms in the country, White & Case LLP and Thompson Coburn LLP, where he litigated a variety of business disputes and high-stakes matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. Aaron also volunteered for several months in the chambers of U.S. District Court Judge Allison Burroughs in the District of Massachusetts and worked as a law clerk for the Human Rights Campaign in Washington, D.C.
